Helicopter pilots count on DART Aerospace crosstubes for safety, durability, and compatibility. Our crosstubes have been designed to be compatible with both DART Round-I-Beam™ and OEM Skidtubes and are easily installed using a thru-bolt system rather than with short bolts into anchor nuts. The crosstubes are manufactured by means of an environmentally friendly turning process and utilize clamp-on stainless steel supports to avoid rivet holes in high stress regions of the crosstube. DART low Fwd crosstubes are not life-limited; they are to be replaced on-condition according to a max spread criteria.
*Measures 22" from ground to bottom of crosstube under-support. Compatible with DART/OEM/AAI Standard Skidtubes. Acceptable but not direct replacement for 205-050-152-49, DART crosstube is 4" wider. Not compatible with 214-050-005-003 /-004 skidtubes. Approved for maximum gross weight of 11,900 lbs .
