Description
DART AS350/AS355 Emergency Float Systems are the only float systems certified for take off after water landing for the Airbus AS350. The float bags are on-condition and do not have to be returned to the factory for recertification. Factory recertification of the system is available for customers who desire OEM services. 18 month inspection of float bags lowers ongoing maintenance costs of the system. The FWD, MID and AFT floats are fastened to the skidtubes using quick release screws, thereby allowing removal of the floats within 12 minutes. The hoses also have quick release features, facilitating removal if the mission does not require over water operations. The mechanical valve system has no squibs or electrical requirements. The cylinder valve assemblies and floats are available as exchange items, thereby reducing maintenance and down time. All float chambers come standard with field replaceable pressure relief and inflation valves.
*System includes FWD , MID & AFT Cylindrical floats, inflation system, skid extensions and 2 steps (D350-591-411/412) for high skid installation. Includes additional functionality to quickly remove/reinstall the floats within 12 minutes. The quick release features are composed of: QR Shoulder Screws for floats, QR Couplers and Dust Caps for hoses. Price is for one aircraft. System is for installation on high gear only.
