Description
The liferaft pod assemblies are comprised of an aluminum pod with a fabric top cover, a 10-man reversible liferaft and an integrated composite passenger step. Designed with twin tube construction, a canopy, a survival kit and a fabric cover and meets all applicable TS0-C70a and EASA OPS requirements. This lighter weight system translates into increased payload for every single offshore mission. The liferafts can be mechanically activated via any one of the 3 inflation levers: 1 t-handle located in the cockpit and 2 external belly mounted handles (in case the helicopter capsizes). Available through Sikorsky only.
